📋 Description

• Design and build sophisticated analytical models for Stars reporting • Predict performance, measure results, and identify trends • Use advanced statistical techniques to generate actionable insights • Continuously update reporting capabilities to meet Oak Street needs • Develop and maintain forecasting models for CMS Stars measures • Analyze performance data to identify improvement areas and recommend strategies to enhance ratings • Highlight market-level opportunities for field leaders and senior leadership • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations communicating metrics, trends, and recommendations • Communicate with Oak Street senior leadership and Medical leadership • Collaborate with Population Health teams to integrate quality improvement efforts with CMS Stars initiatives • Align operational practices with internal quality goals • Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Product, Data, Managed Care Operations, and Population Health teams • Integrate analytical insights into overall quality improvement efforts • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of consulting, business analytics, and/or other applicable experience in healthcare / population health • Analytical and data savvy • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel • Experience working with large datasets • Experience/proficiency in SQL is a plus • Ability to succinctly summarize and synthesize large amounts of information • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities • Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders • Strong relationship-building skills to foster collaboration with health plans and internal teams • Strong interpersonal skills that support effective stakeholder engagement • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint • Self-starter • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong accountability and discipline against timelines and deliverables • Passion for excellence and willingness to achieve objectives and ensure consistently high quality work product • Quick learner comfortable with a high level of ambiguity • Bachelor degree required • US work authorization • Someone who embodies being “Oaky”
