📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality modern data solutions • Collaborate with engineering, analysts, data scientists, and product teams in an agile environment • Design, integrate, and implement on-premises data solutions • Support migration of existing workloads to the cloud • Design and develop data solutions using modern programming languages • Process claims, revenue, Medicare-specific files, and data from more than 30 payors into the data warehouse • Identify and implement process improvements and best practices • Troubleshoot data issues and apply performance improvement techniques

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with SQL and relational database management systems • 3+ years of experience in cloud technologies • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server • 3+ years of experience in Databricks • Familiarity with Azure • Programming and modifying code using SQL, Python, and PySpark • Hands-on experience with dimensional data modeling, schema design, and data warehousing • Hands-on experience troubleshooting data issues • Hands-on experience with performance improvement techniques • Willingness to identify and implement process improvements and best practices • Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-based support environment • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Familiarity with healthcare data and healthcare insurance feeds is a plus • Bachelor's degree, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification preferred; Computer Science or equivalent years of relevant experience
