📋 Description

• Lead discovery and analysis for complex customization requests • Manage work from intake and prioritization through configuration, testing, release, production validation, maintenance, and enhancement • Translate business requirements into functional requirements, acceptance criteria, configuration plans, and implementation documentation • Configure and maintain Aetna Health member experience customizations, including content, banners, images, links, program recommendations, and global search functionality • Author, update, and govern content in Contentful and other content management systems • Coordinate with Implementation Managers and cross-functional partners on customer needs, delivery readiness, and handoffs • Lead testing and production validation, troubleshoot issues, and drive defect and dependency resolution • Manage sprint-board assignments, priorities, status, risks, decisions, and delivery commitments • Develop process documentation, governance standards, operational reporting, and reusable guidance • Identify and implement process, tooling, and automation improvements • Provide subject-matter expertise on customization capabilities, processes, standards, and delivery considerations

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital product, configuration management, implementation, or a related discipline • 5+ years of experience leading end-to-end feature analysis and digital application customizations • 3+ years of experience developing functional requirements, acceptance criteria, process documentation, operational reporting, or governance materials • 2+ years of experience authoring and managing content within Contentful or a comparable enterprise content management system • Ability to work East Coast hours • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Preferred: Experience in healthcare or health plan digital/member experiences • Preferred: Experience with SSO, API integrations, or partner-connected digital experiences • Preferred: Experience with Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager, or other enterprise content management platforms • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft 365, Airtable, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools • Preferred: Experience in Agile, SAFe, or similar scaled delivery methodologies • Preferred: Experience implementing process, tooling, or automation improvements • Preferred: Experience using AI and automation tools, including generative AI assistants, Copilot, or workflow automation platforms
