📋 Description

• Lead Major Projects - Spearhead complex, multi-faceted implementation projects that drive forward our distribution network strategy and modernization initiatives, such as warehouse automation, greenfield DCs, pilots, and more. • Project Management Excellence - Utilize your robust project management skills to ensure key initiatives meet project metrics and deliver on time. • Project Planning and Tracking - Define project scopes, create detailed plans and timelines, and track progress to ensure successful project completion. • Pilot Administration - Oversee pilots and assess new and enhanced operating models to build strong business cases for implementation. • Data-Driven Transformation - Support our supply chain transformation by making informed, data-driven decisions and developing compelling business cases. • Process Optimization - Play a vital role in streamlining and standardizing processes and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience managing projects within a Supply Chain or Distribution Center. • Minimum 5 years delivering infrastructure or systems implementation projects. • Leadership experience. • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, including weekend travel as needed. • Preferred Qualifications Lean or Lean Six Sigma Black or green belt. • Specialty Pharmacy experience. • PMP certification. • DC operations knowledge or experience. • Superior relationship building with cross-functional teams to deliver results through excellent partnership, communication and negotiating skills. • High level of attention to detail with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment to meet critical deadlines. • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and track effective operating metrics necessary to evaluate business case success. • Highly motivated to be self-sufficient and able to operate without close supervision. • Refined communication skills across all levels of organization hierarchy. • Experience applying process improvement methodologies.
