📋 Description

• Write sales and partner assets, including one-pagers, outreach copy, and agency and partner materials • Create customer success materials, including onboarding content, customer-facing guides, and event and speaking collateral • Write product pages, supporting web pages, and updates to existing pages • Occasionally produce case studies from interviews and provided source material

🎯 Requirements

• A US-native English writer who can make technical products sound plain and human • Comfort writing B2B copy for a merchant audience • Ability to distinguish what a store owner cares about from what a marketing team assumes they care about • Checks claims against sources and accurately handles customer results and product details • Self-directed and able to work with limited day-to-day supervision • Able to work part-time and largely asynchronously • Willingness to write to an existing voice rather than your own • Experience with Shopify, ecommerce, or B2B SaaS (helpful, not required) • Familiarity with post-purchase or retention tooling (helpful, not required)
