• CXM Direct LLC is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team. • As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of employees and ensuring that they deliver exceptional results. • This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading global FX & CFD broker and contribute to the growth and success of our company. • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in the financial services industry. • As a Team Leader, you will play a critical role in driving team performance, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring operational excellence. • Oversee a team of employees and monitor their performance. • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members. • Set team goals, objectives, and performance metrics. • Monitor team productivity and ensure targets are met or exceeded. • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team performance. • Collaborate with other team leaders and stakeholders to achieve overall company objectives. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. • Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in the financial services industry • Strong knowledge of FX and CFD markets • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong leadership and team management abilities • Ability to drive performance and motivate team members • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite • Japanese speaker and able to understand English
