📋 Description

• Manage multiple projects at the same time • Manage the entire lifecycle of assigned projects from initiation to closure • Establish a plan for assigned projects, including management of tasks, deliverables, risks, resources, and issues • Conduct project stakeholder meetings to solicit feedback, and set expectations • Ensure project budgets and financials are forecasted and managed in a timely manner • Escalate project issues or concerns to key internal and customer stakeholders • Produce regular reports on the progress of projects and metrics • Provide customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer escalations • Adhere to Cyderes’s established project management methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years’ work experience in Project Management for a technology company • CAPM or PMP certification considered an asset • Remarkable customer service skills • Strong leadership and motivational skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to write and edit clear and concise reports, meeting minutes, and documentation • Superior organizational and data entry skills and the ability to manage numerous complex projects in parallel • An interest in, and comfort with, technical concepts related to network and information security
