âą Assist in the daily management of core paid acquisition channels and DSPs (e.g. adult traffic networks, Meta, etc.) âą Support the creation of scalable acquisition funnels by ensuring correct tracking implementation and data collection âą Actively participate in the testing loop by preparing new ad concepts, organizing creative assets, and setting up audience tests âą Monitor campaign and funnel performance using core tools (e.g. GA4, tracking platforms, internal dashboards) âą Quickly flag performance anomalies or key shifts âą Pull, clean, and organize performance data (CPA, ROAS, retention) to support weekly and monthly reviews âą Maintain and update internal reporting documents and dashboards âą Support the creative briefing process by translating performance data into clear asset recommendations âą Collaborate with Product and Content teams on landing page launches and testing cycles âą Assist in documenting and implementing systems to improve creative testing speed and reduce fatigue âą Build initial rapport with traffic source representatives, supporting senior team members in communication and reporting âą Research and document new acquisition opportunities (networks, formats, tools) âą Stay up to date on platform rules, policy changes, and algorithm shifts
âą Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition âą Familiarity with the structure of major ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) âą Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly âą Comfortable working with data (Excel) and translating insights into action âą Comfortable running campaigns on adult / NSFW networks âą Understanding of key online marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA) âą Familiarity with analytics or tracking tools (GA4, Voluum, or similar) âą Experience in sensitive or regulated verticals (dating, femtech, telehealth, etc.) âą Clear communication skills and fluency in English âą Strong ownership mindset and accountability âą Action-oriented and comfortable in fast-paced environments âą Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to understand the why behind performance âą Open to feedback and motivated to grow quickly
