📋 Description

• Complete a tailored training programme covering county court procedure, law and litigation tactics • Shadow experienced team members in drafting and case preparation, court attendance, and reporting and analysis of cases • After sign-off, undertake drafting, advisory and court work under supervision • Interact directly with clients • Develop advocacy and litigation skills and expand the complexity and scope of work subject to rights of audience

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a career at the Employed Bar • Completed LLB (or equivalent) • Completed BPTC (or equivalent) • Based in the Northwest of England to enable travel to Courts on the Northern Circuit • Previous advocacy experience is desirable but not essential • Previous paralegal or litigation experience, particularly in one of the listed practice areas, is desirable but not essential
