📋 Description

• retain and grow revenue for clients you have responsibility for • pursuing growth opportunities • coordinating added value activities, including training and secondments • internal comms and connectivity for all activity relating to the client, including contact reports and proper use of CRM system • managing the impact of quality/KPIs/SLA/audits/complaints/conflicts • support and promote innovation to the client • manage client contact and CRM spend • provide input on client billing budget/rates/pricing/profitability • client cash collection

• excellent networking and CRM skills • evidence of strong team working and experience • ability to balance a strong client service ethic with internal business and operational considerations • able to demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues • demonstrable commitment to continuous improvement in operational excellence, combined with the ability to balance commercial imperatives with quality control • ability to interpret, analyse and present key data analytics metrics to clients • alignment with the Firm’s Cultural Principles (Clear, Creative, Determined and Supportive)
