📋 Description

• Supervise up to 5 direct reports • Supervise reviewers categorising information for relevance and responsiveness, sensitivity and confidentiality, privilege protections, issue coding and redaction standards • Handle individual costs claims up to £100,000 depending on workload and experience • Assume responsibility for quality control and benchmark compliance on own caseload • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of management reporting and information • Demonstrate financial management of own files • Meet targets for chargeable time, financial performance, realisation rates, settlement rates and average claim spend • Achieve a minimum budgeted annual target of around 1,200 chargeable hours • Maintain and develop technical knowledge through training and appropriate publications • Deliver consistent, well-documented and defensible data review work for litigation, regulatory disclosures, DSAR responses and incident-response contexts

🎯 Requirements

• Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Experienced Paralegal • Educated to law degree or equivalent • Previous experience of working within Data Review, Document Review or Disclosure projects is essential • IT literate with a good working knowledge of Excel and Word • Ability to adopt a commercial perspective to legal issues rather than a purely academic approach • Must be able to work under pressure and meet required deadlines • Alignment with the Firm’s Cultural Principles: Clear, Creative, Determined and Supportive
