📋 Description

• Develop and maintain accurate daily, weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts • Manage banking relationships and oversee company bank accounts • Ensure optimal liquidity levels and efficient use of cash • Manage foreign exchange exposure and hedging activities where applicable • Ensure compliance with treasury policies, controls and internal risk management frameworks • Support funding initiatives and manage intercompany funding structures • Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including Corporation Tax, VAT and PAYE/NIC • Oversee preparation, review and timely submission of tax returns • Monitor and interpret UK and international tax legislation and advise senior stakeholders • Lead tax planning initiatives • Act as primary point of contact with HMRC and other tax authorities • Manage relationships with external tax advisors and auditors • Support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transactions • Support strategic decision-making, financial governance, regulatory compliance and cash management

🎯 Requirements

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent) • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a tax and/or treasury role • Strong understanding of UK tax legislation and treasury management practices • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills • Excellent attention to detail and analytical capabilities • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively under tight deadlines • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process enhancement • Experience working within a professional services or legal industry environment is desirable
