⢠Design and architecture of z/OS and z/VM ⢠Take over operation of the environment and automate it ⢠Maintain and develop systems and applications to bring them up to current standards ⢠Drive software modernization and working practices within the mainframe team
đŻ Requirements
⢠University degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification ⢠More than 5 years' experience on IBM mainframe systems ⢠Knowledge of DB2, CICS, IMS, MQ, batch processing with JCL, VSAM, RACF, USS, and Sysplex ⢠Experience with z/OSMF, z/OS Connect, and Linux on Z is a plus ⢠Knowledge of COBOL and/or PL/I, REXX scripting, and monitoring tools such as OMEGAMON or BMC MainView ⢠Familiarity with enterprise observability using Instana and CI/CD pipelines for GitOps ⢠Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written ⢠Croatian is a plus but not required
