📋 Description

• Technical support and consulting for customers on platform setup, operations, and integration • Building and configuring container platforms • Managing infrastructure / cloud / container platforms • Automation using CI/CD pipelines • Deploying applications in clusters and the cloud • Monitoring and performance assessment • Ongoing training on container and cloud technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Enthusiasm and interest in container and cloud technologies • Some practical experience in this area • Empirical-agile mindset and problem-solving skills • Be a team player, self-organized, and show initiative • German and English at business level, spoken and written • Enjoy direct customer contact and occasional on-site assignments • Technical Skills Must-Haves: • Kubernetes • Linux knowledge • At least one of the following cloud stacks: AWS, GKE, Microsoft Azure, OSP/OpenStack • Nice-to-Haves: • Basic knowledge of Terraform • Basic knowledge of Ansible • Basic knowledge of the Go language • Experience in IT operations (Operations) • Soft Skills Must-Haves: • Strong communication skills • Consultant mindset/skills • Scrum knowledge • Nice-to-Have: • Project experience in agile environments / with Scrum • Scrum certification • Kanban knowledge • Moderation and de-escalation techniques • Teaching/learning methods and didactics for training delivery
