📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Join our dynamic team and provide exceptional virtual assistance to our diverse clientele! • takemytasks (formerly DaftCo) is a leading provider of premium virtual assistant services, connecting businesses across various industries with highly skilled and dedicated professionals. • We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and our ability to empower our clients to achieve their goals. • We’re looking for a high-level Graphic & Web Designer who’s as sharp on brand as they are in execution. • You’ll support three growing brands with everything from WordPress website updates and digital assets to social media content and sales enablement materials. • We work mostly in Canva, but we’re not looking for a template pusher—we want someone who can elevate every piece of design work with clarity, intent, and great taste.

🎯 Requirements

• A strong portfolio of digital-first design that shows sharp layout, strong hierarchy, and attention to brand • Hands-on experience with WordPress + Elementor (must be confident making layout and content updates) • Comfortable working in Canva, with the ability to finesse templates or build from scratch • Basic HTML skills—mainly for building and editing email signatures • Highly organised, proactive, and great at managing deadlines without being chased • Clear communicator, used to collaborating remotely with marketing or brand teams • Commercially switched-on—designs with purpose, not just aesthetics • Experience working with B2B, B2C or content-led brands (nice to have) • Understanding of conversion-led design and how visuals support performance (nice to have) • Familiarity with SEO layouts, sales funnels, and what makes web content convert (nice to have)
