📋 Description
• Responsible for coordinating engagement and accomplishment of division sales objectives with COD & Distributor Channel Partners. • Provide resources and promotional support to fully engage TSMs to sell the focused product (both COD & IND). • Make joint sales calls with TSMs to help win & onboard dealer targets. • Achieve Division Sales Targets for Side-Discharge Products of all residential brands. • Act as Division Product Champion to assist in developing COD & IND product sales opportunities of his/her focus area as assigned. • Help to support product teams as they develop and work closely with the product applications resource. • Oversee and be responsible for meeting division objectives for the specific programs that are part of the specialist’s focus area.
🎯 Requirements
• A minimum of 10 years related experience • Prior HVAC industry experience • High level proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 programs, Excel, Word, Power Point and Salesforce • Excellent verbal and communication skills including public speaking, presentations, and negotiation skills. • Ability to apply good judgment, strong work ethic and integrity on the job. • Bachelor’s degree preferred, will accept industry experience in lieu of degree.
