📋 Description
• Provide support for dealers/contractors to resolve technical issues • Conduct installation and tech support training; • Produce training materials for sessions • Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting departmental goals
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in field service and repair • Strong HVAC technical knowledge • High School Diploma or GED equivalent • HVAC training/certification required • Must be able to access military bases/obtain security clearance
