📋 Description

• Ensure the platform is reliable and performant through testing, automation, and monitoring • Participate in the on-call rotation to provide application support, manage incidents, and troubleshoot production issues • Ensure optimal use of our Kubernetes clusters in the AWS environment from both performance and cost-effectiveness (FinOps) perspectives • Maintain a high level of platform security • Maintain and improve our CI/CD platform and delivery workflows • Share best practices with peers • Collaborate with developers to understand their specific requirements while continuously improving the architecture and deepening your understanding of the overall system • Provide guidance on MLOps and data architectures (GCP, Airflow, GPUs) • Maintain detailed documentation of engineering processes, infrastructure, and troubleshooting procedures • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data engineering and DevOps to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or site reliability engineering • Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm) • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) • Strong expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) • Strong expertise in continuous delivery pipelines (Flux) • Strong expertise in monitoring and observability, including FinOps best practices (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Looker) • Experience with data lifecycle management (storage policies, cost optimization, security, encryption) • Experience building and operating data pipelines for ML models (Airflow, Dataflow, Kestra) • Experience in ML infrastructure optimization (GPUs, TPUs, Inferentia) • Experience with CI pipelines (Tekton, Jenkins, Jx3) • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with Bash scripting; knowledge of Go or Rust is a plus • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with development and cross-functional teams • Ability to drive innovation and advocate for DevOps best practices within the company • Excellent English communication skills, capable of working effectively in an international team.
