📋 Description

• Monitor DailyPay’s Data Exchange ecosystem and assist with maintaining system health • Manage and resolve Data Exchange issues through precise, deep-dive research into automated alerts • Monitor queues for anomalies and unexpected data patterns • Execute runbooks and research complex alerts, flagging outdated procedures to leadership • Identify and report incidents from detection through root-cause identification • Support cross-functional partners on complex escalations by compiling relevant details • Develop familiarity with payroll or money movement processes • Analyze data to identify trends and anomalies for proactive issue detection

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years of relevant experience in an operational or real-time monitoring environment • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to prioritize effectively and maintain high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment • Resourceful problem-solving ability using available documentation • Aptitude for foundational technical skills, including basic querying or monitoring tools • Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills • Ability to support critical business needs outside standard business hours as needed • Fixed schedule of Wednesday–Sunday, 7am–4pm ET • Legal authorization to work in the United States
