📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to create custom solutions • Attend customer meetings, present proposals, and build relationships with clients • Be the go-to expert on solution completeness and governance • Prepare compelling proposals and navigate bid review processes • Identify and manage risks throughout solution lifecycle • Work closely with diverse teams to ensure smooth transitions and successful service delivery • Stay ahead of market trends and ensure competitive solutions • Align service designs with business goals

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of the UK IT Managed Services market • Proven track record of developing complex managed service solutions • ITIL Certification • Knowledge of service delivery frameworks and best practices • Strong commercial and bid skills • Exceptional documentation and presentation skills • Comfortable communicating at the CxO level • Skilled in leading virtual teams • Knowledge of TUPE and Managed Services Contracts is a plus • Familiarity with public sector procurement processes is an advantage
