📋 Description

• Develop and execute a robust local business strategy in alignment with EMEA guidelines, aiming for sustainable growth and significant market share gain. • Research and identify new business opportunities that align with strategic directives. • Implement a comprehensive key account management strategy for selected medical accounts, ensuring strong, long-term relationships. • Continuously assess, clarify, and validate customer needs, providing transparent feedback to upper management and business units to refine strategies and offerings. • Drive awareness and adoption of Leica’s solutions through customer visits, consultations, workshops, and information sessions.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong strategic selling experience in a B2B sales environment, with a proven track record in the medical industry. • Demonstrated experience working in an international environment and within a matrix organization. • Strong leadership skills in sales management, opportunity assessment, and exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or related field is required. • Fluency in German and English is mandatory. • Position requires intensive travel. Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
