📋 Description

• Support Customer Care excellence by helping implement standardized best practices across the region • Improve operational efficiency through workflow automation and process enhancements • Work closely with Customer Care, Commercial, and Technology teams across regions to deliver effective solutions • Improve customer onboarding through consistent and practical process design • Help customers adopt scalable procurement approaches • Define performance metrics, including NPS, to continuously improve customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, administration • Fluency in English, German, and Spanish • Multiple years of experience improving sales support or customer service workflows using data-driven, process-oriented practices • Advanced proficiency with workflow, automation, and analytics tools, including Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Office/Outlook, and UIPath • Ability to travel – 5% travel • Knowledge of Beckman Coulter Life Sciences products would be a plus • Experience using quote-to-order systems and commercial operations tools would be a plus • Experience supporting automation or transformation initiatives within a global shared services environment would be a plus • Italian and/or French would be a plus
