📋 Description

• Support Masimo products and maintain customer relationships with clinicians and other key stakeholders • Educate Masimo customers on products and solutions • Train new and potential users • Maintain thorough product knowledge and demonstrate products • Position products against competitive products • Train the existing partner sales force and in-service end users • Communicate Masimo’s vision and value proposition through PowerPoint presentations • Organize and run customer evaluations and deployments alongside the Account Manager • Educate customers and position Masimo technology in real-world use cases • Partner with regional team members to advance sales and market penetration of Masimo products and solutions • Report to the Regional Sales Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Prior sales/clinical support experience required • Direct experience in customer interactions and presentations • Nurse diploma; other disciplines considered depending on experience and expertise • Minimum 2–3 years in direct critical care, NICU, PICU, or emergency medical experience • Interest or experience in Digital Health or Healthcare IT systems used within the hospital • Ability to travel approximately 60% of the time, with overnight stays as required, within the assigned territory • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record • Ability to transfer knowledge and train users • PowerPoint presentation skills • Previous managerial/leadership experience is a plus • Ability to work remotely from home within the assigned territory
