⢠Define and lead the Compensation Analytics & Intelligence strategy, including its vision, priorities, and roadmap ⢠Lead enterprise compensation analytics and intelligence capabilities using compensation market data and labor market trends ⢠Establish reporting dashboards, analytical frameworks, and decision-support tools ⢠Own the Compensation function's AI, data, and technology strategy ⢠Identify opportunities to leverage automation and emerging technologies ⢠Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders on compensation, talent, M&A, and strategic initiatives ⢠Provide data-driven insights, forecasting, and recommendations ⢠Drive compensation program effectiveness through process improvement, governance, controls, change management, and Danaher Business System principles ⢠Transform enterprise-wide compensation data into actionable insights and scalable operational tools ⢠Serve as the Compensation function's lead for AI and data strategy and as a thought partner to senior leaders ⢠Maintain high standards for data governance, privacy, security, and compliance
⢠Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field ⢠5+ years of experience in compensation, finance, people analytics, management consulting, professional services, or a related discipline within a global organization ⢠Experience developing and implementing compensation, analytics, or HR technology solutions ⢠Workday experience preferred ⢠Proficiency with advanced analytics and reporting tools, including Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and AI-enabled analytics platforms ⢠Experience supporting M&A due diligence ⢠Experience with technology integration activities ⢠Experience managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and priorities ⢠Occasional travel not to exceed 25%
