📋 Description

• Partner with operating company SMEs and external stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into a prioritized pipeline of high-impact, cost-effective AI use cases. • Identify, evaluate, and implement GenAI tools and platforms to deliver scalable solutions across key domains (e.g., protein design, mRNA optimization, antibody development) at both OpCo and enterprise levels. • Ensure availability of high-quality, AI-ready data through effective acquisition, preprocessing, and management, while enabling insilico–wet lab feedback loops and maintaining strong security and compliance. • Document models, workflows, and insights, and partner with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and sustained value realization of AI solutions. • Provide thought leadership on emerging AI/ML trends while mentoring and developing data science talent to build capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in Computational Biology, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Physics, Applied Math, or a similar quantitative discipline. • 10+ years of industry experience in data science, AI, Bioinformatics, or a related technical field. • Proven experience in prototyping, building, and deploying AI systems. • Proficiency in Python programming and machine learning frameworks. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
