• Responsible for the servicing and maintenance of Cytiva systems on customer sites across the North London area • Carry out planned activities concerned with installing equipment • Investigating and resolving customer reports of technical problems with equipment • Providing advice on the use and care of instruments to customers • Participating in the organizing of preventive maintenance visits • Maintaining on-going communication with other Company staff • Seeking opportunities to expand the after-sales support business • Complying with Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Policy and completing EHS training within agreed deadlines
• A Technical/College/ University graduate skilled in the mechanical, electrical or scientific field • Demonstrated aptitude towards rapid, parallel and repeatable execution of defined maintenance tasks to an aggressive timetable • Naturally driven to eliminate “wastes” at every opportunity • Resilient in the face of internal and external customers’ demands
