📋 Description
• Direct and lead the field service organization for the Chesapeake territory • Responsible for all field service resources and service delivery • Regularly visit clients to maintain customer network • Lead a team of Field Service Engineers • Drive P&L and operational performance • Manage and resolve high-pressure customer issues • Deliver impact at the NACO level by leading projects
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of experience OR Master’s degree with 7+ years of experience • 3+ years of experience in people management • Working knowledge of Field Customer Support and Service Contracting • Knowledge of customer relationships and satisfaction methodologies • Knowledge of the medical diagnostic industry • Knowledge of diagnostic analyzers
