📋 Description
• Develop and drive the Danaher Business System (DBS) roadmap in NACO service • Drive sustained P&L, CVD, and QDCI improvements using DBS tools • Deliver and facilitate DBS training and coaching across all levels • Lead and sustain kaizen execution, certification processes, and DBS capability development • Diagnose operational inefficiencies and implement DBS and AI-enabled analytics solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or related field with 14+ years of relevant experience • Demonstrated experience applying DBS, Lean, or Growth tools • Proven experience training and coaching DBS or Lean tools • Experience using data analysis tools, metrics, and performance systems • Experience working in a continuous improvement or DBS-based environment
