📋 Description

‱ Provide full-cycle recruitment support to its subsidiaries operating in the Diagnostics, Life Sciences and Biotech industries ‱ Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to support the business needs ‱ Lead strategic kick-off meetings to understand the requirements and successfully drive the full recruitment process, incl. leading regular update calls ‱ Conduct/review talent supply & demand analysis and coaching hiring managers and HR partners on talent marketplace dynamics ‱ Create and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for assigned functional area(s) & roles and cultivate best sourcing strategies and talent pipelines ‱ Initiate or participate in (inter-)national Talent Acquisition Projects ‱ Create an exceptional candidate experience by following candidate care initiatives

🎯 Requirements

‱ University's degree or equivalent experience in Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition ‱ Numerous years of Recruitment experience within the commercial sector (including coaching hiring managers, developing and executing innovative search techniques and cultivating talent pipelines) gained in corporate environments or working as RPO ‱ Experience in leading or participating in (inter-)national recruitment projects and stakeholder-management ‱ Excellent communication skills in German and English are a must have ‱ Previous experience in Medical Devices or Biotech Industry is a plus ‱ Demonstrating track record of balancing multiple priorities in a large corporate environment ‱ Using Workday as ATS would be a plus.
