âą Provide full-cycle recruitment support to its subsidiaries operating in the Diagnostics, Life Sciences and Biotech industries âą Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to support the business needs âą Lead strategic kick-off meetings to understand the requirements and successfully drive the full recruitment process, incl. leading regular update calls âą Conduct/review talent supply & demand analysis and coaching hiring managers and HR partners on talent marketplace dynamics âą Create and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for assigned functional area(s) & roles and cultivate best sourcing strategies and talent pipelines âą Initiate or participate in (inter-)national Talent Acquisition Projects âą Create an exceptional candidate experience by following candidate care initiatives
âą University's degree or equivalent experience in Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition âą Numerous years of Recruitment experience within the commercial sector (including coaching hiring managers, developing and executing innovative search techniques and cultivating talent pipelines) gained in corporate environments or working as RPO âą Experience in leading or participating in (inter-)national recruitment projects and stakeholder-management âą Excellent communication skills in German and English are a must have âą Previous experience in Medical Devices or Biotech Industry is a plus âą Demonstrating track record of balancing multiple priorities in a large corporate environment âą Using Workday as ATS would be a plus.
