📋 Description

• Own finance activities for expansion, particularly international expansion, by evaluating performance and resource allocation • Provide business steering to support growth goals • Identify areas for aggressive targets and work with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives • Facilitate collaboration with operations, engineering, and product on strategic projects and external engagements • Represent and advocate for the Finance team in cross-functional settings • Identify operational inefficiencies and develop scalable solutions • Use advanced data analysis to inform strategic decisions and drive growth • Report directly to the CFO

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in finance, private equity, or related fields, preferably in high-growth startups • Proven ability to creatively solve complex problems amid ambiguity • Comfortable working deeply in business details while operating strategically • Entrepreneurial mindset and track record of delivering impactful projects • Strong financial modeling capabilities • Ability to make data-driven decisions in ambiguous situations • Willingness to handle broad responsibilities across operations, finance, and marketing • Demonstrated bias for action and pursuit of results • Ability to challenge and suggest ideas to senior leaders • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize deadlines • Strategic experience in high-growth startups is a bonus • Rapid assimilation of information and ability to execute quickly is a bonus • Strong analytical and financial analysis background is a bonus • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States
