• Drive business growth in the HVAC BSO segment by building strong customer relationships and providing technical expertise • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and acquiring new ones • Provide direct customer support and technical consulting regarding company products and solutions • Sell equipment, prepare calculations, and create tailored offers for customers • Deliver product and application training sessions for customers • Cooperate with the technical department on product policy, quality, and pricing • Identify new business opportunities and monitor ongoing projects within Sales • Prepare short- and long-term sales forecasts and reports
• 5+ years of experience in project sales, ideally within HVAC BSO (building solutions) • Technical background, preferably in HVAC, civil engineering, or related fields (university degree is an advantage, but not required) • Solid knowledge of the HVAC market and/or industrial automation sector • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in handling projects • Communication in English – able to communicate confidently with our employees • Excellent self-organization, discipline, and result-oriented mindset • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships • Proficiency in MS Office tools • Driving license (category B)
