📋 Description

• Daos Hub is a pioneering phygital space where Web3 innovators converge to build, collaborate, and thrive. • Your mission is to ensure the financial sustainability and scalability of our organization by designing and executing a forward-thinking financial strategy aligned with our growth roadmap. • You will develop and oversee the legal and operational structures necessary for international expansion, digital asset operations, and scalable financial systems. • Your leadership will directly impact our agility and resilience as we evolve into a global Web3 powerhouse.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of financial leadership experience, with 3+ years in executive roles (CFO, VP Finance, or Finance Director). • Proven track record in startups, high-growth tech or Web3/blockchain environments; experience with tokenized assets is a plus. • Expertise in cross-border operations and crypto-friendly jurisdictions, with knowledge of UAE financial regulations. • Strong ability to implement financial systems, reporting frameworks, and internal controls. • Experience leading international remote teams. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. • MBA, ACCA, CPA, or other global finance certification. • Education for blockchain/crypto finance and future-forward financial systems. • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
