📋 Description
• Investigating and troubleshooting all invoices needing review that are not auto processed • Work with the client to identify issues and offer suggestions on improving carrier contracts • Provide auditing services for customers and check incoming invoices from transportation companies • Daily contact with transportation companies and clients in the EMEA and APAC regions to correct faults • Collaborate with the Account Coordinator assigned to the customers
🎯 Requirements
• College/University degree (or equal by working experience) • Previous transportation experience preferred • Ability to be detail-oriented in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment • Fluent in English, where a second or third language is a plus
