📋 Description

• Drive financial performance and field effectiveness for a Databricks product line • Work closely with PM teams and GTM teams to lay out the playbook, focus and execution on GTM actions for product priorities • Set requirements and vision for product plays that can be amplified across the entire Field • Work with product management to collect signals from the field and establish product-market-fit • Triage product escalations and represent the field perspective on strategic decisions • Work with field leaders to create a strategy to hit product specific targets and create a community of embedded product leads (EPLs) • Create the strategy and definition of scalable, repeatable Product Programs and establish global plays (deliverables, resources, tracking, program management) • Partner with BU leaders and EPLs to drive adoption of programs and achieve meaningful $DBUs • Prioritize customer blockers to maximize field impact of product development

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the data analytics space to understand and prioritize product capabilities • Proven trusted advisor to technical executives that drive strategic data decisions • Operationally minded and ability to design at a system level • Strong execution and ability to drive to outcomes in the face of ambiguity • Strong leadership skills - ability to coordinate with various roles across GTM and R&D that contribute toward product line adoption
