📋 Description

• Lead the marketing of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform and own platform product marketing • Own messaging of Databricks on each cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) and for platform-wide capabilities (serverless, disaster recovery, billing) • Partner with product marketing teams at cloud partners to develop cloud-specific platform messaging • Amplify platform-level messaging through Databricks channels and cloud partners’ webpages • Create and deliver platform-level sales enablement content and achieve high CSAT with field teams • Serve as subject matter expert for platform-specific messaging across campaigns and events • Coordinate messaging with partner marketing for sponsored cloud events (e.g., Microsoft Ignite, AWS re:Invent) • Participate in joint business reviews with sales and partner teams and execute to close gaps • Deliver 10 customer stories during the first year highlighting Databricks Platform capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product marketing experience at an enterprise software company, preferably including PMM experience at cloud vendors (Azure, AWS, or GCP) • Strong understanding of Data, analytics, and/or AI space • Experience building technical marketing content • Experience working with sales teams (field marketing, enablement) • Experience working with partners (SI and/or ISVs) • Preferred technical academic background (BS in computer science or related discipline), coupled with MBA • Proven record in product marketing and experience working on technical products • Experience creating messaging and positioning of technical products targeted at the enterprise market • Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders to deliver joint messaging and GTM plans
