📋 Description

• Drive active business development and pre-sales activities • Acquire clients from your own network and the company’s network • Moderate and lead XIAD workshops from the Microsoft series • Deliver presentations at conferences, trade fairs, and events • Appear as a speaker on podcasts hosted by renowned brands • Build a visible internal and external profile through training, workshops, and active communication • Advise clients strategically on AI topics and implement solutions operationally and hands-on • Work on innovative first-mover projects involving modern AI technologies • Build and actively develop your personal positioning as a thought leader through LinkedIn, communities, and Viva Engage

🎯 Requirements

• Strong pre-sales and business development skills • Solid technical understanding • Experience with, or a strong interest in, AI and data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Copilot, SAP Joule, Databricks, Blockbrain, or similar technologies • High willingness to learn and motivation to specialize in and obtain certifications in the AI field • Solution-maker mindset: flexible, positive, customer-focused, confident, an excellent communicator, and persuasive in your approach • Willingness to travel • Enjoyment of active, hands-on execution as well as AI strategy consulting • Active and professional LinkedIn presence • Willingness to share knowledge internally
