• Oversee day-to-day logistics operations, including transport, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. • Build and maintain strong relationships with a broad base of customers, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions. • Manage, train, and mentor regional staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. • Set and monitor KPIs for the region, ensuring operational targets are met and identifying areas for improvement. • Develop and execute regional logistics strategies aligned with company goals, taking into account market trends and customer requirements. • Ensure all logistics operations adhere to local regulations, company policies, and safety standards. • Provide regular updates to senior management on regional performance, challenges, and opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management or a related role. • Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and distribution practices. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Proven ability to manage a broad base of customers and maintain high satisfaction levels. • Analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and optimize operations. • Effective communication and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
