📋 Description

• Investigate and analyze the root causes behind the failure of government initiatives. • Conduct in-depth root cause analysis on failed procurement and implementation projects. • Review historical documentation, procurement processes, project governance, stakeholder engagement, and vendor performance. • Facilitate interviews, workshops, and information-gathering sessions with stakeholders. • Map and analyze end-to-end procurement and implementation workflows. • Identify patterns of failure or systemic issues. • Deliver findings in clear, executive-level reports with supporting data and recommendations. • Support the design of remediation strategies and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of business analysis experience, with at least 3 years in public sector procurement or contract management. • Demonstrated experience conducting root cause or post-mortem analysis on large, complex projects. • Strong understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and contract lifecycle. • Experience with ERP, procurement systems, or large-scale digital transformation efforts in government or quasi-government entities. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills. • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
