📋 Description

• Own the full partner events calendar: Manage the planning and execution of all partner-related events, including conferences, sponsorships, field events, and webinars. • Lead large-scale event logistics: Oversee end-to-end event management, from budgeting, vendor coordination, booth design, travel, and on-site execution to post-event reporting. • Optimize for ROI: Identify and evaluate event opportunities that deliver the strongest commercial and brand outcomes; negotiate sponsorships and manage event spend strategically. • Drive partner collaboration: Work directly with each Partner Manager to create tailored event plans that align with their partner portfolios and revenue goals. • Collaborate with Marketing: Partner with the broader marketing team on content, creative, and campaign strategy to maximize event impact and lead generation. • Lead tracking and attribution: Ensure all partner event leads are properly tracked, attributed, and handed off to Sales and Marketing for follow-up and pipeline visibility. • Manage invites and stakeholder communication: Handle guest lists, partner coordination, invitations, and event communications for both internal and external stakeholders. • Support company events: Collaborate with the People team to plan and execute internal off-sites, company gatherings, and other cross-functional events as needed. • Build scalable processes: Create templates, checklists, and event playbooks to streamline execution and ensure consistency across markets. • Provide clarity for all participants: Provide clear instructions and guidelines for all event field staff on the ground. • Report and analyze: Measure event success through KPIs such as attendance, engagement, pipeline influence, and ROI, and provide regular insights to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event management within B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environments. • Partner marketing experience is a plus. • Proven success in running large-scale conferences and field events that drive revenue and pipeline. • Strong understanding of end-to-end event ownership - logistics, budgets, catering, sponsorships, and post-event analytics. • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Partnerships, Marketing, and Sales teams to turn events into measurable outcomes. • Highly detail-oriented, organized and creative, with an ability to manage multiple projects independently while delivering exceptional experiences. • Experience managing event vendors, venues, and agencies; strong negotiation and budgeting skills. • Agile and creative mindset with the ability to find solutions and pivot in real-time as needs arise. • Skilled in CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track leads and attribution. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Willingness to travel frequently to manage events and represent Datarails at key partner functions. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
