• Articulate the overarching design vision, standards, and operating model for the entire Product Design team • Ensure the team has the necessary skills, structure, and headcount to deliver a world-class experience • Drive and own alignment across major product domains • Act as a recognized thought leader in the ML/AI design space • Represent Product Design to the executive leadership team and advocate for design thinking • Demonstrate the impact of design initiatives on key business metrics • Shape the design team's identity and culture
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in Product Design, with at least 3+ years in senior management (Director level or above) • Proven track record leading design for complex enterprise B2B software • Strong, practical understanding of AI/ML workflows and challenges • Exceptional ability to communicate and negotiate design strategy with C-level and VP-level partners • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
