📋 Description

• Build and maintain simple reports in Tableau, Salesforce, HubSpot, VWO/Wingify, and related tools • Track every free trial lead from first CTA click through activation and conversion • Monitor active experiments and identify early winner/loser signals • Alert the team when experiments should be reviewed, stopped, scaled, or pivoted • Run qualitative calls or interviews with trial users • Prepare weekly updates covering lead status, experiment status, funnel metrics, learnings, and recommended next actions • Provide operational analytics for the free trial journey and full-funnel visibility • Document experiments and suggest follow-up experiments with measurable uplift • Build simple dashboards and reports across acquisition, activation, and conversion • Collect and synthesize qualitative trial-user feedback • Perform data quality checks across analytics and related tools • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Design, and Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in an analyst role, preferably in B2B SaaS, B2C tech, fintech, biotech, or another digital business • Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn funnel and experimentation data into practical insights • Experience building AI prototypes • Understanding of BI and analytics methods, experiment design, and careful interpretation of experiment signals • High attention to detail • Experience with or strong willingness to learn Tableau, Salesforce, HubSpot, VWO/Wingify, Pendo, and similar tools • Ability to extract essential information and convey it in a structured way • Open, proactive personality and comfort contacting trial users by phone • Fluent English required • German is a plus
