📋 Description
• Define and own Sherpany’s AI technical vision and drive strategy across the product • Shape scalable AI platform architecture and ensure robust, secure solutions • Lead design and optimization of on-prem AI systems, maintaining data privacy and compliance • Guide engineering teams with clear technical direction and best practices • Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and apply them to solve real business problems • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful AI solutions
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in architectural or principal-level roles • Deep expertise in Python and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) • Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, vector databases and orchestration frameworks • Experience with secure AI deployments and compliance-driven environments • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly • Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus for future initiatives
