📋 Description

• Focus on building and optimizing AI components and pipelines for Sherpany’s products • Experiment with advanced AI techniques to deliver innovative features • Integrate AI solutions seamlessly with product and engineering teams • Ensure performance, scalability, and security in AI workflows • Work with on-prem AI deployments and optimize infrastructure for reliability and compliance • Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and propose improvements • Mentor junior engineers and share best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in AI/ML engineering with hands-on experience in production environments • Strong Python skills and proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) • Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) • Experience with on-prem AI deployments is a strong plus. • Experience with containerization (Docker) and modern engineering practices (CI/CD, Git) • Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements • Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus for future initiatives
