📋 Description
• Support experience in handling tickets / issues related to NetSuite modules • Excellent business communication skills • Ability to speak to business users and process owners to understand the ticket requirements • Understanding of Financial business operations • Analytical, Problem solving and multi-tasking skills • Provide ongoing support and maintenance activities of the NetSuite functional modules ensuring they are functioning optimally and meeting business requirements • Ensure data privacy and security of the data • Assist client in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and develop test scripts • Support client with test script execution • Follow the SLAs and other terms of the Contractual obligations • Provide status and ticket updates to the stack holders
🎯 Requirements
