📋 Description

• Lead the Provider Experience Zone, owning strategy, vision, and execution of product experience • Define long-term product direction and ensure coordination with Commercial and Operations teams • Champion user-centered design principles and build relationships with customers to inform product direction • Own and report on product KPIs related to adoption, retention, and financial performance • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers and UX experts

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management, including 5+ years leading SaaS product teams • Demonstrated success defining and executing multi-product or platform strategies • Deep understanding of user experience and customer-centric design principles • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally in fast-moving, high-growth organizations • Strong communication and storytelling skills • Experience working in healthcare, health tech, or other regulated SaaS environments is strongly preferred.
