• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events such as conferences, seminars, corporate gatherings, and galas. • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual support, accommodations, and other arrangements. • Develop event concepts, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery. • Collaborate with teams to promote events through various channels and initiatives. • Manage relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure quality and cost efficiency. • Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring smooth operations throughout. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during events. • Maintain event calendars and track progress to ensure deadlines and goals are met. • Gather feedback and conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent in Uzbek (C1), with good command of English (at least B2). • Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in event planning or coordination. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure. • Flexibility to travel as required.
