📋 Description

• Manage live candidate applications allocated through the ATS • Review applications against specific job requirements and client expectations • Contact shortlisted candidates promptly by phone, email or WhatsApp • Conduct professional screening interviews covering experience, suitability, salary expectations, availability and motivation • Verify essential role requirements before progressing candidates • Prepare accurate, concise candidate summaries for DKR's internal approval • Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate engagement and follow up throughout the recruitment process • Maintain accurate ATS records, screening notes and candidate statuses • Work closely with DKR's international recruitment team to maximise placements

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in agency recruitment, RPO or hands-on talent acquisition • Strong candidate screening, interviewing and assessment skills • Ability to interpret job descriptions and identify genuine candidate suitability • Excellent spoken and written English • Confidence contacting international candidates across different time zones • Strong organisation, responsiveness and attention to detail • ATS experience • Ability to work independently and manage several active vacancies • Able to invoice (SLA)
