📋 Description

• Source, engage, and screen candidates across AI, tech, and digital disciplines for international clients • Proactively headhunt using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, and X-ray search • Assess technical experience, portfolios, and candidate suitability against client requirements • Deliver high-quality, well-screened candidates to active vacancies • Draw on existing candidate networks across Europe and international markets • Work independently across multiple vacancies, focusing on quality over volume • Recruit across AI/ML engineering, software engineering, Ruby on Rails development, cybersecurity, application security, product management, product design, performance marketing, paid media, affiliate marketing, and AI-native technology and digital product roles

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in English (spoken and written) - this is a must! • 5+ years of recruitment experience • Proven experience recruiting technical and digital professionals internationally • Strong LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, X-ray, and proactive headhunting skills • Ability to assess technical experience, portfolios, and candidate suitability • Existing candidate networks across Europe and international markets • Excellent English communication skills • Independent, proactive, and quality-focused • Able to invoice (SLA)
