📋 Description

• Source, headhunt and directly approach candidates for commercial, management and leadership vacancies across international markets • Screen candidates and evaluate their sales achievements, commercial performance and industry experience • Deliver high-quality, well-qualified candidates to live vacancies quickly • Draw on established candidate networks across Europe, Asia, LATAM or MENA • Work independently and proactively across multiple vacancies and market areas • Recruit for Business Development Managers and New Business Hunters • Recruit for Sales Managers, Sales Directors and Commercial Leaders • Recruit for FX/CFD Business Development and IB Managers • Recruit for Affiliate Managers and Partnership Managers • Recruit for Country Managers and Regional Heads • Recruit Legal, Compliance and Regulatory professionals within FX/iGaming

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in English (spoken and written) - this is a must! • 5+ years of recruitment experience • Strong understanding of FX/CFD, iGaming, FinTech or B2B SaaS recruitment • Experience recruiting revenue-generating commercial professionals • Proven international headhunting and direct sourcing ability • Established candidate networks across Europe, Asia, LATAM or MENA • Ability to evaluate sales achievements, commercial performance and industry experience • Self-sufficient, proactive and commercially minded • Able to invoice (SLA)
