📋 Description

• Lead a team of Dialysis Transition Managers (DTMs) responsible for conducting outreach to hospitals. • Execute complex, multi-stakeholder strategic initiatives. • Elevate the coaching and development of their team to identify growth opportunities. • Collaborate across clinical, operational, and technical business units. • Communicate compelling, data-driven recommendations to senior executives. • Architect and own high-impact special projects, pilot programs, and strategic initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of total work experience in progressive roles, with a strong preference for backgrounds in strategy development, project management, or complex operations management. • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. • Demonstrated experience driving transformational change and managing special projects from concept through implementation, with tangible impact on operating performance. • High degree of data literacy and analytical problem-solving skills; ability to translate raw data into strategic action. • Experience or degree in a healthcare-related field strongly preferred.
